| A: It is critical. A very detailed plan results in a very well-defined project. We strive to produce happy clients by eliminating errors before they happen. |

| Do I need my own set of drawings and designs? |
| A: No. It is wiser and less stressful to design your project and develop cost estimates at the same time. Sadly, we often consult with disappointed clients who designed their dream home without considering the cost to build it. Using our Design/Build Program, you will settle on a budget, and design your project to stay within that budget. |
